Hello dear friends!
I’m so happy to let you know that I have a Polymer Clay Mini-course that will roll out on Monday. Yay!
This mini-course will focus mainly on how to make molds using polymer clay and on how to use silicone molds with polymer clay. It will be packed with actionable and easy to implement techniques that you can apply right away in your work. I think there’s going to be some ideas that will totally surprise even those that have already used molds with polymer clay!

If you know me, I’m a big advocate of working with molds. I really consider molds as a great starting point for the creative process. I really don’t think that by using molds you’re copying or you’re less creative. No. I see molds as a starting point and then you’re free to tweak the design and make it look as you want it to look;)
I personally love using molds with polymer clay and making molds for polymer clay because they allow you to make elaborate designs even if you don’t have clay sculpting skills or you’re in the process of improving them – consider using molds just as training wheels when you’re learning to ride a bike.
So, to sum up, I’d say that, in my opinion, making and using molds with polymer clay is always a great idea. Even if you can’t sculpt polymer clay, you can use molds to make jewelry pieces that make heads turn!

Happy claying!

P.S. Please let me know what ideas you particularly liked! I’m always happy to received feedback.
Molds as training wheels is an apt concept, Mihaela! It’s very kind of you to share your mini-course – I’d love to check it out. (It’ll probably only happen over the weekend, though.)
Thank you, Anita, for your encouraging thoughts! I really appreciate them.
In fact you can enroll now and you will receive a daily lesson (of no more than 10-15 minutes) and you will be able to see some of the lessons during the week-end.
I thought that an email course (delivering only one lesson per day would be less overwhelming and my students would have the time to try out the techniques. ) .
If you have the time, please let me know how you liked it.
Wishing you a wonderful and blissful day!
All the very best with your course, Mihaela. Sending love across the waves.. 🙂

Thank you very much, my dear Carolyn!
It was a little bit intensive, but I loved every minute of it.
I’m sending you my best thoughts and my love also…
I’m sorry for replying so late, I did my best to focus on my course and get it done right… it’s been so long that I wanted to have my first course done, It was a great step forward for me.
Even if it’s a free course, I learned so much in the process.
Have a beautiful and blissful day, my dear friend!
