Hello dear friends!
I hope you’re well and that you’re immersed into creative activities. I surely am someone that’s all in into the development of my creative skills. I’ve recently learned to machine sew and I totally love it. And the amount of machine sewn masks, tote bags, pillow cases that I have at home are growing exponentially. And my creativity is intensively stimulated as well. And I think that when adding new skills to your creative toolbox, you have even more ways to express your creativity and to turn ideas into finished objects… which is the creator’s dream…
And this is why I’m inviting you to attend the Fiber Arts Symposium. It’s a great opportunity to add more skills to your toolbox. And there’s such a plethora of amazing classes on fiber, yarn, embroidery, paper, etc (see the Schedule on the Fiber Arts Symposium site), that you’ll surely find something that you’ll want to learn. Here’s the link to register for the virtual event: Fiber Arts Symposium
My class is focused on bead embroidery techniques. And there’s an introductory lesson on basic techniques to get you started. I also prepared an in-depth lesson that might be presented during the Symposium or, in case of time constraints, might be added as a bonus for those deciding to buy the bundle and own the classes forever.

I’ve made the focal piece for this statement Bead embroidered cuff using polymer clay. Yay. I’ve started working with polymer clay, a long time ago, because I wanted to have my own unique focal pieces for my bead embroidered work. And this cuff is the perfect example of an embroidered piece that looks exactly how I wanted it to look. Choosing a focal piece for an bead embroidered piece is sometimes the most difficult thing. Because the other elements kind of complement the focal. Once you have the focal, it’s easier to decide what to add to make the focal piece pop up even more.
I’m still working on the video tutorial for the technique that I used to make the faux dichroic focal for this cuff. Hope to publish it soon on Youtube.
